DGP Cleaning Services wants to answer any possible questions you may have about our cleaning services. The following information regarding costs and payment, cleaning procedures, and insurance should help you better understand DGP.
What Are Your Payment Options?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American express, and Discover. For your Convenience, payments can now be processed directly through invoices. Depending on the services provided, we bill on a monthly cycle and invoice through email or mail.
Do I Pay For An Estimate?
No, we do not charge for estimates. If you are interested in any of our services, please call us to set up an appointment. One of our cleaning specialists will come to your location to perform a free assessment. As part of your estimate, we will customize a cleaning plan and checklist of services that would fit your specific needs. You will hear back from us with your estimate within 24 hours of your assessment.
Can I Get An Estimate Over The Phone?
Unfortunately, we cannot ensure accuracy over the phone, so this Is not an option. We are available to schedule quotes Monday - Friday.
Do You Have Business
Liability Insurance?
Yes. We have general liability and workers compensation. DGP maintains insurance to protect you from damaged property or any worker injuries that can (potentially) happen while our staff cleans your business.
Do You Supply Everything Required?
DGP supplies all the labour, equipment and materials required to carry out the tasks as would be outlined in our agreement with you. You may also exercise the option of having us supply various necessities for your facility such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc at their added cost.
What Are Your Rates?
All jobs are priced according to task, whether it is daily office cleaning, commercial facility cleaning services, regular carpet cleaning or a one time heavy duty clean. We then take into account variations such as equipment - materials used, employee density, traffic density, etc in calculating the final cost. We would be happy to work with you to develop a customized cleaning plan that suits your needs.
